In fact, there are several great streaming videos on their site where you can see firsthand the great difficulties faced by Coffee Connections and the farmers in bringing us this great coffee.
Coffee Kids- Coffee Kids has helped thousands of children, women, and men in coffee-producing regions in Mexico and Central America to improve the quality of their lives and build more sustainable communities.

- Cup for Education's mission is to help poor rural coffee-growing communities of Central and Latin America build schools within their communities, and assist in providing them with teachers and the basic tools needed to educate the future generations of coffee farmers. 100% of all donations to this 503(c) non-profit organization go to their projects.

Pacific Coast Coffee AssociationThe Pacific Coast Coffee Association (PCCA) is a fine and 75 year old example of regional coffee industry professionals joining together to further the positive impact of coffee on the western region of the United States. A truly unique and exciting association.
Rainforest Alliance- Rainforest Alliance Certified provides a certification seal that assures your customer that the coffee was produced in a manner that is beneficial to wildlife, workers and communities. The mission of Rainforest Alliance is to protect ecosystems and the people and wildlife that depend on them by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behavior.
Roast Magazine- ROAST is a fantastic bi-monthly magazine dedicated to the success and growth of the specialty coffee roaster. It is an extremely valuable source of information for the specialty coffee community. Our favorite place to read about what is happening in the specialty coffee communities in our great nation.
Specialty Coffee Association of America- Vournas Coffee Trading has been a member of the SCAA since our inception. The SCAA is the reigning association for specialty coffee in the United States.

TransFair- TransFairUSA is the only independent certifier of Fair Trade coffee in the US. According to TransFairUSA, Fair Trade Certified coffees guarantee a floor price to farmers, fair labor conditions for all coffee farm workers, democratic decision making in Cooperatives, and encourages environmental standards restricting agrochemical use and fostering sustainability.
