2023 PCCA Conference

The Pacific Coast Coffee Association wrapped up another successful conference this past weekend in Napa at the Meritage Resort. As always the 2023 PCCA Conference was another year filled with industry friends and colleagues connecting and collaborating on the good and the great within the coffee industry.

Three members served on an all-women’s panel, Shelby Mills Westfeldt of Westfeldt Brothers, Lisa Smoot of San Francisco Bay Coffee, and Colleen Higgins of Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee. They fielded questions and spoke on being the leaders of their family companies, the many challenges, the adventures they face in running these businesses, and how they are creating a platform to ensure success for the future.

Friday afternoon was spent on the croquette court and our own Andrew Vournas along with Daniel Robles and Matt and Donna Madary took home first place! The golf tournament was a blast, and our final night dinner was a lot of fun with raffle prizes and catching up with old friends. We were all sad to say goodbye but look forward to next year when we all can come together again in September at La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, CA.
