Thanksgiving is just around the corner and at Vournas Coffee we are taking time to reflect on the blessings in our lives and thank those that support us in our commitment to ethically and sustainably source the highest quality green coffee, and make these consistently available to our roasters. At the top of our list, we are so very thankful for our farmers, our warehouses, our loyal roasters, our amazing employees, family and friends.
2022 brought along with it old and new challenges. As we continue to navigate the remainder of this year with the effects of inflation, port and logistic issues and the C Market’s wild ride, we also reflect on the amazing things that strengthen our coffee community. Covid moved from a pandemic to epidemic, and we are once again able to connect in person with a hug or a handshake. And coffee production in Brazil is looking to be a good crop year!
This year we also celebrate our 20 year anniversary as a company. It has been our greatest honor these many years to serve you, and to have you as part of our big extended coffee family. This milestone could never have been possible without your support. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything that you have helped us achieve and make possible.
Thank you to the amazing farmers who year after year continue to do what it takes to produce incredible green coffee. Thank you to the warehouse employees who managed to get our coffee out in the most difficult of times. And thank you to truckers and freight companies; without you the coffee would not move at all!
Finally, thank you to our roasters who day-in and day-out continue to work with unwavering dedication and commitment to selling the best green coffee available. We are grateful and appreciative for your partnership and friendship and entrusting us to be your green supplier. Without you Vournas Coffee would not have the success it has.
When we get together with our families and friends and we gather around our Thanksgiving table this year let us all pause and raise our glass to toast to all the wonderful things in our lives and in our wonderful world of coffee.
