The majority of Sumatra coffees are produced with a unique semi-washed method that creates a uniquely indulgent, bodied cup. As far as Sumatra offerings go, our Sumatra Lintong TP Tiger is top of the mark!! Grade-1 PLUS triple-pick hand sorted places it among the highest tier of Sumatran coffee available… yes quite complex and bodied but it’s also very clean, which can not be said for too many others.
Sumatra Lintong TP Tiger
From the incredible Lake Toba region of Northern Sumatra, our Sumatra Lintong Triple Pick Tiger is the highest grade of specialty coffee available from Sumatra: certified Grade 1, and TP (Triple Picked), meaning it has been rigorously sorted by hand to remove any natural defects and ensure the best quality lots. At the mill, growers combine their yields and mill operators are then able to adhere to strict specifications on defects and bean size to provide the best quality Sumatran cups. Each farm averages 2.7 acres with elevations ranging from 2,500 – 5,000 ft above sea level. The Sumatra Lintong Triple Pick Tiger cup is full of earthy and syrupy aroma, a big body, a substantial mouthfeel and a pleasant lingering finish throughout.
