Ethiopia Washed Sidamo

Sidamo is located in the southern portion of Ethiopia; Sidamo is a province of the country and is one of the most famous coffees in the world. As with the washed Limu coffee; the washed process helps diffuse the wildness of the Ethiopian coffee. Sidamos make an excellent pour over and cold brew coffee. There is some-thing about the citrus like acidity of the coffee that pairs well with these brewing methods.

Cupping Notes: Bright citrus acid, medium body, almost tea like finish in cup.
