2025 Yirgacheffe & Guji
This month we have 4 Ethiopia coffees from Yirgacheffe and Guji returning for another year in the VCT lineup. Last September, we celebrated the arrival of these Ethiopia coffees to our roster for the first time. As many of you know, Ethiopia offers some of the most unique and often wild heirloom coffees on the market, with Yirgacheffe and Guji producing quite simply some fantastic lots over the years. So whether you’re in the washed camp or more of a natural process fan – we feel you’ll certainly enjoy these great selections that we’ve brought back for you.
Yirgacheffe Washed Konga Qawissa

2025 Yirgacheffe Washed Konga Qawissa Notes:Floral notes of Meyer lemon and slight vanilla with hints of tobacco.Medium Body.
Workers at the Adorsi-Testi Wash Station monitor the fermentation process, as well as raised beds to ensure that the lot dries evenly and produces a great cup profile. Both wash station and farms are located at elevations above 5,900 feet. Ships in Grainpro bags.
Yirgacheffe Washed Idido Wogida

2025 Yirgacheffe Washed Idido Wogida Notes:Lemony aroma. Sweet notes of orange and grapefruit.Balanced acidity and medium body.
Guji Natural Bishan Naga

Our 2025 Guji Natural Bishan Naga is produced by 850 small farmers in the town of Shakisso. It is comprised of mixed heirloom varieties, that are handpicked, fermented and sun dried on raised beds with simulated shade netting.
2025 Guji Natural Bishan Naga Notes:Notes of sweet mango, peach, jasmine and blueberry jam.Creamy body and clean finish.
Guji Washed Bishan Naga

2025 Guji Washed Bishan Naga Notes:Floral aroma. Notes of jasmine and red apple with intense sugarcane sweetness.Medium body and sharp acidity.
Also like the Natural Bishan Naga, the wash station workers take extreme care throughout the wash and drying process, removing lower quality cherries and placing only the ripest high grade ones upon the raised drying beds. Both wash station and farms are located at elevations above 6,200 feet.
